Our caramel has a deep rich, maple taste, slightly offset by a touch of sea salt. We boil maple syrup to create sugar, and then caramelize that sugar further. Once caramelized, we add heavy cream and butter. Heat it up for use on ice cream, spread it on apple slices or add it to your baking repertoire.
