Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

This amazing breakfast dish from Feel Good Foodie is like a combination of granola and overnight oats. Incredibly easy, it mixes up right in the baking dish. I increased the maple syrup a bit from the original recipe and added 4 scoops of unsweetened, unflavored protein powder. There are also lots of way to tweak the additions of nuts and fruit. Take a look at the link above for the inspiration for this recipe.
